Machining Process Process

The extrusion production process mainly includes the following steps:

• 01

  Feeding

  First, plastic materials are fed into the hopper of the extruder.

• 02

  Plasticizing

  Inside the extruder barrel, the plastic materials are melted into a viscous flow state through external heating and the mechanical action of the screw.

• 03

  Extrusion

  The molten plastic material is pushed by the screw through the die in the machine head to form the desired shape.

• 04

  Shaping

  The extruded plastic profile is shaped and stabilized through a calibration device.

• 05

  Cooling

  The profile is further cooled in a water tank or cooling trough with spraying devices to solidify quickly.

• 06

  Hauling and Cutting

  The shaped profile is pulled out by a hauling device and cut to specified lengths to obtain the final product.
