Customer Visit to DAYOU: PP Privacy Fence Strips & PVC 3D Fence Slats

DAYOU recently hosted an overseas customer for an on site factory tour and product consultation.

The customer toured our full production line, covering raw material handling, extrusion, quality inspection and packaging. They paid close attention to our extrusion workflow for PP and PVC fence products. Our team detailed production workflows, QC standards, technical specs and custom made solutions, helping the client fully recognize our manufacturing and quality control strength.

Main Products Reviewed

PP Privacy Fence Strips For double wire mesh fences, made of virgin PP material. Featuring good flexibility, durability and weather resistance, these strips have passed 1500 hour UV aging test for long term outdoor use.

PVC 3D Fence Slats Tailored for 3D welded mesh panels. Custom colors, lengths and dimensions are available to match various fence projects.

Both items are fully in house produced, guaranteeing stable quality, flexible customization and direct factory supply.
